MD Property was established by Robert MacKay and Phil Dreaver to undertake logistics and industrial real estate development projects.

Leveraging the lengthy corporate experience of our Principals in real estate and infrastructure development, MD Property is founded on principles of quality, value and integrity.  

With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, MD Property's focus is projects in the eastern seaboard states that will include:

• Build to suit pre-leased solutions
• Last mile e-commerce logistics
• Industrial strata estates

Seeking to deliver value through innovative, functional and practical solutions, MD Property is able to act as both a trader of and investor in real estate assets, allowing flexibility to deal with tenant, owner occupier and investor needs.
