Rob has over 30 years experience in real estate, for the past 20 years holding national roles heading industrial development teams at ASX 100 listed property trusts. 

Rob has delivered over $1 billion of projects in eastern seaboard states including master-planned estates, distribution centres, land subdivisions, strata unit developments and commercial business parks.

Rob has twice delivered projects from inception to winning the Property Council of Australia’s Best Business or Industrial Park Award for: 

• Rosehill Industrial Estate, now owned by Goodman 
• Coopers Paddock, Warwick Farm, owned by Stockland

Phil has significant project development and financing experience in Australia, Canada and the US.  

Phil was a founding principal of Plenary Group in North America.  This business developed, financed and owns over 40 projects with an asset value in excess of $16 billion.  

Phil's experience covers a broad range of asset types, including special purpose buildings (data centres, hospitals, court houses, civic buildings), rail, roads and bridges.  Phil has extensive financing experience and has structured innovative solutions using public bonds, private placements, hybrid debt solutions, mezzanine capital and equity.
